Pippa's Pottery

I can come to your school or club and give an educational interactive talk about the pottery process.

Below is what the session will involve.

• A quick history lesson on kilns.
• I will explain what clay is and where it comes from.
• What else is clay used for.
• How bisque ware is produced.
• The kiln firing process.
• The children then can paint their pieces.
• I will take them away and fire them, bringing them back within a week.
• The session will be 30 min talk and an hour painting. I will need an hour in total to set up and clear down.

I know that the children will love this experience, as much as I will.
